1. Why is there a new import fee on your products?

Due to recent U.S. policy changes, new tariffs have been implemented on imported goods. To continue providing reliable supply, we are applying an import fee to offset part of the 26% increase we now face.

 

2. How long will the import fee be in effect?

This is a temporary measure. The fee will remain in place until the U.S. government modifies or reverses the current tariff structure.

 

3. Is this import fee being applied to all products?

It applies only to goods directly affected by the new tariff policies. Our team is actively reviewing each product line and will provide transparency on any pricing changes.

 

4. Are you doing anything to help customers manage this increase?

Yes. We are absorbing as much of the increase as we can internally, and we continue to explore supply chain efficiencies to ease the impact. We’re also available to discuss long-term planning options tailored to your needs.

 

5. How does your tariff rate compare to others?

While our goods are now subject to a 29% increase, this is considerably lower than the 50%+ penalties imposed on imports from some countries, including China and Vietnam.
